Terms
These terms govern your use of OnlyCheckboxes. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, the security of your authentication methods, and activity performed through your account or an assistant you authorize. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement.
Trials and subscriptions
Subscription prices, renewal intervals, trial or introductory-offer eligibility, and applicable taxes are shown before purchase. Web subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions purchased in the iOS app are processed by Apple and charged to your Apple ID. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically for the selected term until canceled. You can manage future renewal through the billing controls in the product or the provider that processed the purchase.
Apple App Store subscriptions
Apple controls App Store billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds. Deleting your OnlyCheckboxes account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel through your Apple ID subscription settings before renewal if you do not want future charges. Access purchased through Apple is subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions in addition to these terms.
Your content
You keep ownership of the checklists, descriptions, files, and other content you submit. You give OnlyCheckboxes permission to store, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service.
Connected assistants
You choose which assistants to authorize and what instructions to give them. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Review consequential actions and revoke access you no longer need. Third-party assistants and services remain subject to their own terms.
Acceptable use
Do not use OnlyCheckboxes to break the law, violate another person's rights, distribute malware, probe or disrupt the service, bypass access controls, or access data you are not authorized to use.
Service changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as the product develops. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes that affect paid access.
Disclaimers and responsibility
The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, OnlyCheckboxes disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited.
Ending access
You may stop using the service, cancel your subscription, or delete your account from Settings at any time. Account deletion is permanent and removes your access and associated content, subject to limited records we must retain by law or for legitimate security and transaction purposes. We may suspend or end access for material violations of these terms, security risk, abuse, or nonpayment.
