Need help with OnlyCheckboxes? Email [email protected]. Include the email address on your account and a short description of what happened. Do not send your password, magic-link token, or payment details.

Account access

You can sign in with an email link, password, or passkey when that method is configured on your account. If an email does not arrive, check spam and request a fresh link from the sign-in screen.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions purchased in the iOS app are managed by Apple. Use the billing screen in OnlyCheckboxes to restore a purchase, or open your Apple ID subscription settings to change or cancel renewal. Web subscriptions are managed through the Stripe billing portal linked from the billing screen.

Account deletion

Open Settings in OnlyCheckboxes and choose Delete account. Deletion is permanent. If you purchased through Apple, cancel the Apple subscription separately because deleting your OnlyCheckboxes account does not cancel Apple billing.
