Moving from Todoist
OnlyCheckboxes does not promise a one-click importer. A careful move starts with the recurring work that matters most.
- Export the active Todoist projects you want to preserve as CSV.
- Choose the recurring projects that are worth rebuilding as OnlyCheckboxes templates.
- Recreate recurrence and step placement deliberately. Todoist project CSV files omit completed tasks and recurring start dates, so do not treat them as a full history export.
